Magnora Data Center ASA (‘the Group’) was established as a spin-off from Magnora ASA in 2026 where the data center business became a standalone, dedicated platform with access to AI customers and capital markets. Magnora ASA owns 52.0% of the shares and provides management services.
The Group develops data center projects in Northern Europe and Italy, primarily developing powered land and also operating data centers. The business model is relatively flexible.
Since its inception, the Group has built a portfolio of projects at various stages of maturity, leveraging Magnora's track record in project development and its network of industrial and financial partners.
The Group’s strong balance sheet enables it to take positions necessary to finance and develop projects towards investment decisions by customers and operators.
Magnora Data Center ASA is listed on Euronext Growth Oslo, with ticker symbol MDATA.
